About My Work
For a while now I have introduced myself as an ex-corporate marketer. I built global marketing campaigns, managed strategic partnerships, developed sustainable product innovations and lead cross-functional teams across Europe and APAC. I am all those things but I am also much more.
I am passionate about building genuine relationships. I thrive on a challenge to bring a diverse group of stakeholders on the same page. I love diving deep into research, evaluating options, coming up with creative solutions and visualizing them through captivating presentations.
I have a thirst to do work that matters and improves lives of others. I believe that human ideas shape society and my mission is to transform those ideas into action.
Outside Work
I am a Lithuanian native with a passion to travel. I love languages and learning Thai is my new challenge. While I am not a morning person, exercise makes me more awake than a cup of coffee. I relax by cooking a healthy meal while listening to my favorite music from the 70/80s.
I spend my evenings learning photoshop and navigating online courses on human-centered design. When I am not on my laptop, I dive into psychology books and explore the role mental functions have on individual and societal behaviors.
On the weekends I take a more up-beat approach and immerse myself in extreme water sports, martial arts or go for long bicycle rides in the countryside. Sport for me is not only a source of health, but also a way to take my mind off work and channel my competitiveness into physical activity.
This is currently my favorite podcast episode. I listen to it when I want to remind myself that the smallest thing can make us happy, only if we pay attention to them.
